Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to both the CEO and CFO. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion.

Your Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
- Manage the calendars of the CEO and CFO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Meeting and Event Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule executive meetings, board meetings, and company events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Organize and manage logistics for both internal and external events.

Communication Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO and CFO.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications.

Office Management:
- Oversee office operations and ensure that the executive office is well-organized and maintained.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Project and Task Management:
- Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the CEO and CFO.
- Conduct research, gather information, and provide support for decision-making processes.
- Track and follow up on project deadlines and deliverables.

Confidentiality and Professionalism:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and tasks.
- Represent the CEO and CFOβs office with courtesy and efficiency.

What our Client is Looking For:

- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant role supporting C-level executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
