Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a marketing background to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive support to our executive team by managing a variety of administrative, operational, and marketing activities within a fast-paced work setting. Your capacity to juggle diverse projects, uphold confidentiality, and support marketing efforts will play a crucial role in our success.

Essential Duties:
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Oversee executives' calendars, including scheduling appointments and arranging meetings.
  • Manage email correspondence: drafting, responding, and cataloguing messages.
  • Keep the CEO informed about the status of current tasks and projects.
  • Remind the CEO of forthcoming deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Aid in the creation of reports, presentations, and various materials.
  • Preserve precise records and organize electronic filing systems.
  • Marketing Assistance:
  • Work alongside the marketing team on promotional initiatives, content development, and social media outreach.
  • Contribute to the design and production of marketing collateral.
  • Additional Tasks:
  • Research and gather data for special projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and various stakeholders.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Experience Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or a related role.
  • Strong marketing background.
  • At least one year of experience with AI technologies such as ChatGpt, Perplexity, Claude, FaceApp, and similar tools.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent organizational abilities paired with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively within a busy environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication proficiency.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration platforms like Slack, Asana, Hubstaff, freshworks, Adobe, Docusign, or comparable tools.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Marketing expertise in content creation, social media management, and campaign execution.

  • Video Communication: A working webcam and microphone.
