Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a flair for marketing to become a part of our remote team. In this capacity, you will provide essential support to our executive team by managing a variety of administrative, operational, and marketing duties while adapting to a fast-paced atmosphere. Your adeptness at handling multiple responsibilities, ensuring confidentiality, and driving marketing efforts will be crucial to our company's continued success.
Core Responsibilities:
- Administrative Duties:
- Coordinate calendars, arrange appointments, and manage meetings for executives.
- Oversee email communications: draft, reply, and categorize messages.
- Regularly update the CEO about ongoing tasks and projects.
- Ensure that the CEO is alerted to upcoming tasks and deadlines.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation materials.
- Maintain precise records and oversee digital filing systems.
- Marketing Assistance:
- Team up with the marketing team on promotional initiatives, content creation, and managing social media accounts.
- Support the development of marketing collateral and resources.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and gather information for special assignments.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external parties.
- Assist with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar position.
- Solid foundation in Marketing
- At least one year of experience working with AI technologies like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, FaceApp, and related applications.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Capability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools including Slack, Asana, Hubstaff, Freshworks, Adobe, DocuSign, or similar applications.
- Competence in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Marketing experience in content creation, social media management, promotional efforts, and Google campaigns.
- Personal Characteristics:
