What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Completion of BOSH training and certification as a Safety Officer are mandatory for this role.
- Bachelorβs degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and vendor management.
- Proven experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts.

What will you do?
- Facility Operations: Oversee the maintenance and operations of the workplace, including ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Vendor Management: Manage contracts and relationships with third-party vendors for cleaning, security, maintenance, and other services.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all facilities comply with local safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordination with Lessor: Work closely with the building admin to address AHU concerns and other building-related issues.
- Coordination with Contractors: Oversee ongoing renovation projects and ensure timely resolution of punch list items.
- Space Management: Optimize the use of office space, ensuring efficient layouts and smooth transitions for team expansions or relocations.
- Emergency Preparedness: Create and implement emergency response plans, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and first aid resources.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on facility performance, maintenance schedules, and space utilization.
