I.  PURPOSE


The corporate admin facilities engineer directly handles and supervises all engineering and technical related services across all TGI facilities.


 


The Corporate Admin Facilities Engineer is responsible for all engineering and technical related services across all TGI owned and operated facilities. He/She directly handles the daily operations of all electromechanical equipment across all TGI facilities.


II.      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Manages overall facility operation and maintenance of all facilities of TGI and subsidiaries.

  • Ensures that the company objectives, policies and strategies with regard to facilities management are implemented.

  • Manages, plans, coordinates and monitors the overall physical, environmental and security conditions and general maintenance of the whole facility.

  • Heads a team of technical maintenance who inspects and evaluates the all facilities equipment and systems, operational efficiency and reliability.

  • Ensures that all critical equipment are in good running condition and all preventive maintenance programs are being implemented.

  • Oversees the repairs and maintenance projects, vendor coordination, implementation, and acceptance.

  • Directly handles the repair and maintenance of TGI owned service vehicles and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

  • Implements utilities management initiatives and programs.

  • Ensures compliance to all applicable legal requirements.


III.    QUALIFICATIONS



  1. Minimum Education



  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical

  • Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer is a must.


 



  1. Minimum Experience/Training



  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Facilities and/or Project Management.

  • Must have undergone Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) or Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) training.


 



  1. Competency



  • Knowledge in repairs and maintenance of electromechanical equipment

  • Experience in project management

  • Knowledge in ISO, OSH, and Utilities Management

  • Advance skills in Autocad
