We are seeking a dynamic Field Representative to join our Product Operations team. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a liaison officer and a sales development representative, ensuring robust client engagement beyond our offices. The Field Representative will play a critical role in bridging internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering relationships, and driving First Circle’s growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Personally deliver the physical demand letters to First Circle’s overdue customer on a daily basis.
• Collect post-dated cheques on behalf of First Circle’s sales and operations teams on a daily basis.
• Identify and engage potential clients through targeted prospecting efforts by delivering First Circle’s intent letters on a daily basis.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering strong client relationships.
• Accurately document meetings and correspondence while delivering timely reports to relevant teams.
• Address client concerns with effective and efficient solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Essential: Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Willingness to do field work within & outside of Metro Manila

• Quick Learner; Able to adapt to and internalize new processes rapidly.

• PHP 20k-25k per month depending on experience level, plus bonus incentives for strong performance.
