Finance Assistant (Fresh Graduate)

About the role

We are looking for a bright firecracker of a mind to join us in our hospitality business. You won't have much or any experience, but you're heading for big things and you think this is a great first step.

Your day will be spent roaming around the P&L and the Balance Sheet working with the founders to improve our measurement, financial planning and financial performance using data.

The office is a hybrid one, you'll be welcome in our community office in Taguig every day, but what's most important is that you work where you're most productive, 2-3 days collaborating with your colleagues in the office and 2-3 days focused on the details of our accounting software

That's 5 days total. 

The role reports directly into our executive team - you'll be working day in and day at the top table

About You

You have recently complete your degree in Business Administration or Accounting

• You realize you're smarter than many of your classmates but you're too humble to tell them or anyone else


• You are permanently inquisitive and curious 


• You want to go fast but realize you'll go far with the support of others


• You've studied hard, now its time to get stuck in


• You understand and speak English at a high level of proficiency
