We’re Hiring: Fraud Operations Specialist (Flexible / On-Call Role)
We're looking for a proactive, sharp, and highly reliable Fraud Specialist to support our risk, trust, and safety operations. This is a flexible or on-call position, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and can jump in whenever needed.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and investigate suspicious transactions, patterns, and user behavior
- Handle fraud escalations quickly and decisively
- Work closely with CX, Safety, and product teams to tighten our fraud prevention workflows
- Identify vulnerabilities and propose improvements before issues escalate
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate findings effectively
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Castle or similar fraud detection tools (e.g., SEON, Sift, Ekata, FraudLabs, etc.)
- Strong analytical and pattern-recognition skills
- Proactive mindset — someone who doesn’t wait for instructions, but spots risks early
- Comfortable working with partial data and making confident decisions
- Strong communication and written reporting
- Can work flexible hours or on call, depending on operational needs
Nice to Have
- Background in payments, crypto, fintech, customer experience, or trust & safety
- Experience handling account takeovers, attacks and investigations, or identity fraud cases
- Ability to collaborate with product teams to refine fraud signals and triggers
