German Bilingual Customer Service and Technical Representative (CS Tech Rep)

Location: Quezon City

Work Set Up: Full time, Night Shift

Job Summary:

We are hiring a German Bilingual Customer Service and Technical Representative (CS Tech Rep) to join our on-site team in Quezon City. This role is open to German nationals currently based in the Philippines, and the company will fully shoulder the work visa. Non-native German speakers are also very welcome to apply.

No BPO experience is required β€” comprehensive training will be provided. This position involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing both customer care and basic technical support. You will be expected to maintain a professional, empathetic approach and deliver outstanding service to help build customer trust and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, including basic technical troubleshooting
  • Maintain professional, empathetic communication to build customer trust
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve concerns
  • Uphold service standards and follow company guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction


Qualifications:

  • Open to German nationals currently residing in the Philippines
  • Company-sponsored work visa for qualified candidates
  • Fluent German and English communication skills
  • Strong background in customer service, customer support, or customer experience
  • Skills in customer satisfaction, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support (BPO or non-BPO) is a plus but not required
  • Willing to work on-site in Quezon City following a European timezone schedule
  • Computer literate and comfortable using various software and tools
  • Willing to start by December 2025
