Purpose: Provide specialized services and support to Global Mobility operations team to ensure smooth relocation and integration for all inbound and outbound assignees for defined countries with GM Specialist role.
Key Accountabilities: Support Move Management, Global Reporting & Assignee Experience Analytics
• Administer Global Mobility assignment policies in relation to relocation activities for hosted employees in cooperation with GM vendors on authorized services i.e., reconnaissance visit planning and execution, settling-in support which includes temporary accommodation, bank account opening, housing, shipment of household goods; schooling for dependent children; immigration activities.
• Facilitate internal documentation and local activities i.e., lease documents, benefit cars, club membership, office set up, security and safety, etc. in cooperation with other P&C teams e.g., P&ED Ops, Legal Team, Fleet Department.
• Administer repatriation related assistance in cooperation with GM vendors and with other P&C teams i.e., cancellation of host country lease, work permit cancellation and visa downgrade, accomplishment of clearance and return of office tools, accomplishment of other pre-departure requirements.
• As applicable, managing defined arrangements with key local external service providers for destination services and immigration advice, where required, to ensure that global mobility service delivery is 'fit for purpose' and effectively delivered to assignees. Ensure services are delivered as per policy and vendors agreements.
• As applicable, support operations team on global GM reporting/ data governance requirements enabling insights for stakeholders on mobility data. Coordinate the assignee experience analytics in partnership with external vendors and internal contacts (GM Team, P&ED Employee Listening & Insights, etc)
• Participate in local/regional/global projects, process improvements, and team events.
Key Qualifications:
• BA in Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration; Payroll/ T&A/Benefits processing expertise; or related fields
• Professional experience: 1 year experience in in-house or outsourced payroll processing (preferred) or Finance/HR (desirable) delivery process and systems.
