Role: Go High Level Admin
Hours: 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time
Hourly Wage: $6 - $9

Lago is seeking an experienced Go High Level Admin to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Go High Level platform to enhance the overall business processes and improve client experiences. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams, understanding their needs and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of the Go High Level system, including its features and functionalities, and have a passion for leveraging technology to solve business challenges. You will be instrumental in training staff on platform usage, ensuring that our team members can fully utilize all capabilities of Go High Level. This position requires a proactive individual who can take initiative, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage the Go High Level platform to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Design and implement workflows, automations, and email campaigns to streamline processes.
  • Train and support team members on the effective use of Go High Level features and tools.
  • Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and improve client engagement.
  • Conduct regular audits of the platform to ensure compliance and accuracy of data.
  • Stay updated with the latest Go High Level features and best practices to utilize them effectively.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Go High Level Admin or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Go High Level functionalities and best practices.
  • AI portions of high-level as well as using high-level for cold outreach (Phone/email)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in training staff on software usage and best practices.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
