Position Description:




The GPOC Analyst performs routine business analysis using various techniques.  He/she will be responsible for gathering and communicating requirements of the client and back to stakeholders.




Responsibilities





  • Work closely with the Business Analyst Supervisor/Account Manager and stakeholders to analyze and understand the needs of the business operation.

  • Works with the various software packages in place, ensuring the hashing operations are running efficiently.

  • Multi-tasks with various hosting partners reporting issues, repairs and inefficiency of operation

  • Is available to answer questions and provides technical support when requested through various communications channels, in times when the GPOC manager is unavailable.

  • Ensures all sites are working as close as possible to 100%, through latency testing, firmware upgrades and maintaining thorough repair records



  • Tracking and documentation of daily performances and metrics of the operation.

  • Identify and generate analytical requirements of the current business operation.

  • Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.

  • Managing technical documentation.

  • Provide business data interpretation, produce ad hoc data and reports as may be required.

  • Run daily queries on business operation to capture accurate information.


 


Qualifications and Education Requirements:





  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT Related courses.

  • IT background is a preference.

  • Curious and willing to learn about digital currencies.

  • Highly motivated individual with a high sense of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • 1-2 years relevant professional experience in a highly analytical role.

  • Adept in Microsoft excel and data extraction and has preferably used/been actively using other MS Office tools like Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.

  • Exposure to data visualization and reporting techniques.

  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and active listening skills.

  • Self-driven individual who has keen attention to details.

  • Has high accountability and resourcefulness.

  • Flexible with time shifting schedule for the 24 x 7 operations; amenable to rotating 2-day rest days.
