Job Description
As the Lead of Growth Insighting, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. You will be responsible for using data to drive decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and evaluate the effectiveness of our growth initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics and a strong ability to communicate findings to key stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and engineering to ensure data-driven strategies are effectively implemented and scaled.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Growth Analytics function, managing a team of growth engineer/s responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing growth KPIs such as acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization.

Collaborate with Growth Managers, Product Analytics, Experience Architects, and business teams to define key growth metrics and develop a comprehensive analytics framework.

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time insights into user behavior, campaign performance, and product engagement.
- Evaluate A/B tests and growth experiments to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Provide actionable insights to support decision-making around customer acquisition strategies, product optimizations, and monetization efforts.
- Identify and recommend new growth opportunities through in-depth analysis of data and industry trends.
- Continuously improve analytical capabilities, tools, and frameworks, ensuring the team is equipped to handle the evolving needs of the business.

Champion a data-driven culture, ensuring that all growth initiatives are backed by solid insights and strategic thinking.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in analytics, data science, or related roles in a digital or tech company.
- Strong understanding of growth metrics, user behavior, and the customer lifecycle.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and statistical analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python).
- Experience designing and running A/B tests and analyzing experiment results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of collaborating with product and marketing teams to influence decision-making and drive growth initiatives.
