- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data such as attendance, leave, and benefits information.
- Process and maintain documentation related to employee benefits, compensation, and leave.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee training and development activities.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
