Plans,organizes and controls the operations and work activities of thePayroll and Compensation/BenefitsSection of the department, withthe approval and guidance of the Department Head.
Doublechecks Payroll activities of the company for direct and agencyhired. Makes sure all documents are being submitted or coordinatedto mother company in a timely manner.
Participatesin the development of policies,procedures, systems and guidelines relating to HR management;Assists in ensuring the compliance by all concerned with suchpolicies, procedures, systems and guidelines that have been approvedfor implementation.
Ensuresthat all personnel transactions such as transfers, promotions,resignations, and separations are properly documented.
Facilitatesmonitoring, coordination, renewal and safekeeping of all adminpermits of the Company.
Facilitatesall HR related events of the Company such as Charity Event,Children’s Day, etc.
Doesreports related to all sections of the department needed by theManagement.
Doesother duties being assigned from time to time.
BS/ABPsychology Graduate or equivalent
Has4-5 years experience in the related field (preferably Manufacturing)
ComputerLiterate
Knowledgeablein handling Payroll System
Teamplayer / Results-oriented / Keen with details
Highlyknowledgeable with all facets of HR
Excellentcommunication & interpersonal skills
