Job Description:


  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.

  • Assist with the recruitment process by job postings, identifying candidates, conducting interviews, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.

  • Process payroll by collecting time and attendance records, and resolving any payroll errors.

  • Conduct Quarterly Performance Reviews and monitor the status of each employee.

  • Perform orientations to newly hired employees

  • Organize 201 files

  • Process government-mandated benefits

  • Issue memos and other disciplinary actions to employees

  • Other support needed by Management

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related course

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business correspondences.

  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

  • Resides near Tondo, Manila

  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
