DescriptionThe team is responsible in processing all Work Visa and Work Permit of all Foreign Nationals assigned in the Philippines and other ad-hoc transactions related to the function.
As a Philippines HR Right to Work Supervisor, you will be responsible in the overall operations of Right to Work. Will also be responsible in managing vendor and accountable in on-time implementation of regulations related to visa and permit requirements.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for the timely processing of all Philippines work visa and permit related applications.
- Deal with internal client inquiries in an efficient, accurate and prompt manner.
- Responsible for vendor coordination and management.
- Maintain and update records of all expatriates for reporting.
- Accountable for on-time implementation of any regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for invoice review and processing.
- Support regional and/or global initiatives that may be assigned from time to time.
- Assist in regular quality check of work processed to ensure error-free processing.
- Manage or assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed as part of process/procedure/functional enhancements.
- Perform duties that are required from time to time outside Right to Work such Records Management and Referencing.
Required skills, qualifications and capabilities:
- Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Minimum of 2 years for any back-office support role
- Ability to deal with employees from varying organizational levels
- With effective multitasking ability, project management and stress management skills
- Has strong interpersonal, written & communication skills
- Advanced critical thinking, problem solving skills and meticulous attention to details
- Ability to identify innovative solutions and opportunities for improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Proactive, resourceful, analytical, and willing to invest long working hours in a fast-paced environment
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Amenable to work on a dayshift but flexible to accommodate changes in schedule as business needs
