-Provides answers, solutions and recommendations for inquiries related to HR processes/ procedures by utilizing solutions provided by HR SME's.
-Undertakes all actions required by system and updates Data Base continually.
-Investigates and resolves problems and provides solutions which may involve a network of resources.
-Administers/advises IT navigation of supported functions- this may include requesting access, granting access and advising clients through screen navigation.
-Performs "off-phone" tasks supporting HR related functions as directed.
-Can speak Japanese, Mandarin, Thai or Korean
-Minimum 1 year equivalent work experience preferred
-Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited and knowledgeable of languages: English and second language (Japanese, Mandarin, Korean or Thai
-Knowledgeable of HR Systems is an advantage: Workday; Success Factors; GWN; SAP, Sales Force or other HR Systems
-Customer Service skills
