Job Description
- Performs a variety of day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ensuring data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs assigned day-to-day HRIS activity.
- Coordinates with AIBSG for any upgrade or enhancement of HRIS
- Works alongside the Information Technology (IT) Department for system maintenance and technical support.
- Ensures that management and employees are updated with the current features of the system.
- Maintains and Update Employee Data.
- Ensures the integrity and correctness of the data by performing regular analysis.
- Processes and generates reports based on customer needs.
- Conducts training including developing user manuals, procedures, and guidelines to employees and new system users.
- Conduct incident and problem analysis, data gathering, investigation, resolution and provide technical assistance and support for HRIS.
- Identify, assess, and recommend opportunities for application and process improvement for HRIS.
- Provide support and/or troubleshoots, analyzes conflicting data, and resolves discrepancies.
- Coordinates, schedules and tracks progress of specialized work projects or departmental functions.
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the Lead or Manager.
- Participates in special projects with other staff as directed.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent field
Minimum Experience/Training
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or HRIS
Competency
- Knowledgeable on different HR Information System
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions
- Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
