Job Description

We’re an award-winning global technology company at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare services on behalf of our global clients. As Hubspot Support Specialist, your role is vital in contributing to our organization’s growth and success.

 

Nimbyx is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a deep working knowledge of HubSpot to join our team in the newly created HubSpot Support Specialist position.

 

As our internal HubSpot Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for assisting internal HubSpot user communities across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to optimize the HubSpot platform in support of our business objectives. Your role will involve working closely with the user communities to understand their unique business needs and translating those requirements into effective Marketing, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management solutions.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with departments to assess their business goals, objectives, and specific requirements for HubSpot.
  • Assist in the configuration and customization of the HubSpot platform, ensuring a seamless integration with websites and other relevant tools.
  • Support the Marketing Managers in the development and implementation of automated email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and monitoring of campaign performance.
  • Provide training and support to users on the effective use of HubSpot features, workflows, and best practices.
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to address any user issues or inquiries related to HubSpot implementation and usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure alignment and integration of HubSpot with other business systems and processes.

 

     

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's marketing automation, lead management, and CRM functionalities.
    • Strong technical skills and proficiency in working with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and web analytics platforms.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable HubSpot solutions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
    • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Implementation, HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software) are a plus.
    • Experience in providing training and support to end users is preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
