𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 – Address employee concerns, provide HR guidance, and help ensure fair and consistent implementation of company policies.

𝐅𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 – Support engagement activities and contribute to a collaborative and productive work environment.

𝐄𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 – Assist with investigations, documentation, counseling, and disciplinary processes while maintaining compliance with labor standards and HR policies.

𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐇𝐑 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 – Maintain employee records, prepare reports, and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and other HR initiatives.
