We are seeking a Human Resources Virtual Assistant to assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, candidate communication, and employee support.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, confident in communicating with people, and experienced in basic HR admin tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Post job ads across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards)

  • Review and screen incoming applications

  • Schedule interviews and follow-ups with candidates

  • Assist with onboarding documents and tracking

  • Maintain digital employee files and records

  • Help draft contracts, NDAs, and offer letters

  • Coordinate with payroll admin to ensure accuracy

  • Assist with policy updates, announcements, and task tracking

  • Respond to internal HR-related inquiries

Qualifications:

  • 1–2+ years experience in HR, recruiting, or virtual admin support

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Calendly, Zoom, and Trello/Asana

  • Strong English communication (verbal & written)

  • Organized, dependable, and highly responsive

  • Knowledge of labor basics and onboarding process preferred

  • Experience with any HR software is a plus (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto, Zoho People)
