We are hiring full-time Inside Sales Executives for a US BPO process. This role is open to candidates who have experience or strong interest in tts cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
This position requires serious commitment and consistent performance, it is not suitable for part-time applicants, trial candidates, or individuals managing multiple jobs.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-volume outbound cold calling to US-based prospects
Execute lead generation and prospecting activities
Appointment setting for the sales team and pipeline management
Assess customer needs and present products or services clearly
Handle sales objections professionally and confidently
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales trackers
Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities when applicable
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Daily outbound call target
Qualified leads generated
Appointments booked and confirmed
Conversion and show-up rates
Call quality, compliance, and script adherence
KPIs are closely monitored, especially during the probation period.
Work Schedule
8 working hours per day, 6 days a week.
45 minutes break included
Fixed schedule aligned with US time zones
Work From Home/Remote
Performance evaluation based on:
KPI achievement
Call quality and consistency
Attendance and reliability
Qualifications:
Experience in BPO, US cold calling, appointment setting, Inside sales, or lead generation preferred
Strong English communication skills (US market exposure preferred)
Proven objection handling and sales skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Ability to work independently in a remote BPO environment
Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
