Position: Office Staff 


Location: Makati City, Philippines


Working Hours:


8:00 pm to 5:00am (Monday to Friday) 


4:00 am to 1:00 pm (Monday to Friday)


Responsibilities:


  • Compilation of reports
  • Attending and participate in daily meetings.
  • Processing of weekly expenses
  • Data Entry
  • Talent Acquisition 
  • Project Coordination
  • Administrative Support
  • Data Quality Assurance

Qualifications and Skills:


  • With bachelor's degree in office administration, Business Administration, Financial Management, Information Technology / Computer Science or any related courses.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Good oral & written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
  • Willing to work onsite at provided co-working space at One Ayala Makati, Metro Manila.
