The IT OJT (On the Job Training) will assist to the IT Desktop Support and IT Specialist.

Installing desktop operating systems.

Configure basic desktop setting.

Install hardware and other peripherals, like: keyboard, mouse and others.

Setup printers.

Perform basic desktops troubleshooting.

Monitor incident and request tickets.

Reply and answer chats supports query as first level of support

Assist client desktop movement as per request.

Assist in IT inventory.

Perform desktops maintenance.
-
Additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by IT Lead or IT Manager.
