Key Responsibilities:
This position is accountable for leading, managing and delivering end-to-end, critical IT projects and initiatives from initiating to executing-closing phase while adhering to agreed cost, schedule, and quality expectations from the business.
Provide value to business by delivering critical IT application and data projects to agreed scope, cost, schedule and quality expectations
Role is expected to have the necessary skills and experience to adequately and competently perform the following tasks in delivering a project: Scope and Requirements Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Resource Management, Quality Management, Issues and Risks Management, Procurement and Vendor Management, Communication/Stakeholder Management, Change Management
Adhere to the FPH-First Gen IT Project Delivery Framework and processes (including periodic project status reporting) while delivering and executing assigned project/s
As part of the IT PMO team, provide insights and inputs toward thedevelopment and maturity of IT project management practice andframework with FPH - First Gen IT Group
Conduct post-implementation review for projects delivered to assess and ensure that projects meets its intended business objectives
Write and construct business case documents for project
As needed and required, will be involved in the sourcing,management and evaluation of appropriate solution and vendor partners to deliver value to the projects

Qualification Requirements:
Minimum: any four- or five- year Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree
Preferred/Ideal: Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or related discipline
Industry-standard Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum, Prince2)
Business Process Analysis Practitioner
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certification CFA,CPA, CMA is a plus
Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience running projects
Previous working experience delivering IT infrastructure projects, either as a vendor or customer
Previous working experience doing business support and operations projects
Direct people management experience (preferably with team of 5 or more members)
Has experience dealing with top management
Previous consulting background (have worked with vendor company) and experience (preferred)
Skills:
Solid analytical skills
Strong communication skills both written and oral
Strong team facilitation skills
Knowledge in the power, petroleum, energy generation, manufacturing, and/or IT sectors (preferred)
Proficient in project planning and scheduling using MS Project or similar scheduling tools
Proficient in GSuite applications and MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
