As a Sales Cadet at TRENDS, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in managing client accounts effectively. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for technology, strong interpersonal skills, and the desire to build a successful career in account management within the IT industry. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will learn to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
The training will run for 2-3 weeks from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, Mondays to Fridays. An allowance shall be provided to the trainees (Php460 per day). During the program, the trainees will be equipped with knowledge about the following:
The Trainer will measure each trainee based on his/her performance, assessments, attendance, and behavior. On the last day of training, the trainees will undergo a revalidation process which will be the deciding factor if a candidate will be hired as an employee of Trends Group Inc.
