Learning and Development Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW:The Learning & Development Specialist assess the learning needs of the affiliates, members, and partners;. Develops and designs the overall structure and content of the training modules; Delivers training programs and assess the efficacy of training modules.

QUALIFICATION:

• College graduate, bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or human resource management preferred but not required.
• With experience in module development, training delivery, and management of learning programs.
• Experience in microfinance operations is preferred but not required.
• Willing to travel or be assigned anywhere within the scope of the organization.
