Job Summary:
As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing industrial leasing activities for the Filinvest Industrial Park projects. You will play a crucial role in lease structuring, tenant prospecting, negotiation, administration, property promotion in collaboration with Marketing, and market analysis.
Key Functions:
- Lease Structuring:
- Develop and implement effective lease structures tailored to meet the specific needs of international large brokers.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in lease agreements.
- Tenant Prospecting:
- Identify and prospect potential tenants to ensure a consistent pipeline of leasing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to attract and engage prospective tenants.
- Lease Negotiation:
- Conduct negotiations with tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable leasing terms.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize lease agreements.
- Lease Administration:
- Oversee the end-to-end lease administration process, including documentation, renewal, and termination procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing transactions.
- Property Promotion (in partnership with Marketing):
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies for promoting available properties.
- Utilize various marketing channels to showcase properties to potential tenants and brokers.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market research.
