A Glimpse into Your New Role
As a Legal Assistant at Acquire BPO, you will be an integral part of our legal team, providing essential support to our litigation and legal service functions. Your responsibilities will include assisting with drafting legal documents, filing court submissions, liaising with clients, and supporting a team of solicitors. You will also maintain accurate records, handle confidential information, and manage various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the legal department.

What You’ll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Assistant (2+ years)
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and court document processes
  • Well-developed time management skills and the ability to manage a large workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (experience with LexisNexis Affinity is an advantage)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
