Job Descriptions:
- Draftand Preparationofcorporatelegaldocuments,lettersandcertificationsofthecompany, reviews and drafting of various basic documentations including giving basic legal advice upon confirmation with the lawyers.
- Assist in the processing of all legal concerns of the company Various Contract Reviews (Account Customer, HR, Vendor, etc.) Due Diligence/Vendor Accreditation
- Coordinates with External Lawyers regarding endorsed cases
- Processing of messengerial errands, notary, transmittal
- CorrespondencewithgovernmentagenciessuchasBIR,SEC,DOLE,BI,DFA forreportorialrequirementsofthecompanies
- Compliancewith governmentregistrations(SEC,etc.)
