As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:
- Call leads from an existing database of current clients to introduce a new financial product
- Answer incoming calls regarding cash loans and close a sale
- Close a sale through proper product positioning
- Must meet and exceed CRM Telesales KPI Targets
- Attends daily/weekly huddles, team meetings, and training
- Attends monthly department townhalls.
- Works on a shifting schedule (holidays and weekends as needed)
- Strictly adheres/ follows company Employee Discipline Policy and Guidelines
- Regularly participates in available and relevant business and systems training
- Regularly shares selling ideas and tips with teammates during huddles
You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:
- With at least 6 months of sales work experience (formal face to face / retail / telemarketing)
- Excellent communication skills (Tagalog & English, Written & Oral)
- Must have basic computer skills
- Should be able to multi-task, highly adaptable, and assertive
- Willing to work in Vertis, Quezon City
- At least High School, Grade 10, or Vocational Diploma graduate
