Job Description
Oversees and manages the organization’s bill processing function, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all invoices and financial transactions. The role involves coordination with internal and external partners to streamline the billing process, resolve discrepancies and maintain up to date records
Settlement Management:
- Oversee and manage the settlement of maintenance-related expenses, including vendor invoices and service contracts.
- Ensure all transactions are processed in a timely manner and comply with company policies and financial regulations.
Vendor / Partner Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding settlement issues.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to vendor payments and maintenance contracts.
Financial Reconciliation:
- Oversee reconciliation of leases, maintenance, services and miscellaneous related expenses and payments with financial records and reports.
- Collaborate with the finance and budget team to ensure accuracy in budgeting and forecasting for maintenance, services and miscellaneous activities.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all settlement transactions and documentation.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the management on settlement activities, expenses, and vendor performance.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of settlement procedures.
- Develop and maintain best practices for settlement processes and ensure compliance with company standards.
Compliance and Auditing:
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements related to maintenance settlements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Staff Development
- Enhance skills and knowledge of staff through attendance to trainings
- Conduct mentoring and counseling as necessary
