What You’ll Do
- Quantitative Research
- Program surveys online using our survey tool (Alchemer)
- Test survey links (and check for grammar & logic errors
- Input survey quotas
- Manage the fielding process including launching sample, monitoring fielding, and watching sample quotas
- Clean survey data for fraud
- Upload, organize, and analyze data in our crosstab software (MarketSight is preferred but experience with Mtabs, Wincross, or Decipher is acceptable)
- Report development including developing charts and tables in Excel and PowerPoint and writing conclusions about the data.
Qualitative Research
- Help with technology and take notes during interviews/group
- Write high-level conclusions for each session
- Analysis of transcripts
Must-Have Qualities
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- A strong understanding of quantitative, qualitative, and secondary research
- Intellectually curious with the ability to engage in critical thinking
- Amazing writing skills
- Detailed oriented
- Problem solver
- Strong work ethic
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experienced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Crosstab software, and Survey Software. SPSS is a plus.
