The Marketing Assistant will provide essential support to the marketing team in executing various marketing strategies aimed at boosting brand awareness, driving sales, and fostering customer engagement. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing and content creation. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for a range of activities from campaign execution to market research, helping ensure the success of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Support: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and promotional events.
- Content Management: Create, edit, and schedule engaging content for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
- Digital Marketing: Digital Marketing: Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media review and feedback, responding to and monitoring social media messaging.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights on customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing regular reports to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the marketing team with any additional tasks or projects as needed, ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in content creation, social media management, and marketing analytics.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
- Amenable to work Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time (CST)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the consumer goods or fitness industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing software such as MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising is advantageous.
- Strong interest in continuous learning to stay up-to-date with marketing trends and tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750 - $850 per month + $50 Allowance
