Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback.


Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages,


and fostering positive interactions.


4. Analytics and Reporting:


Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of


campaigns and strategies.


Prepare and present reports on social media performance, including insights and


recommendations for improvement.


5. Brand Management:


Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media platforms.


Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader


marketing initiatives.


6. Trend Analysis:


Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.


Identify and leverage new opportunities to engage the target audience and drive


brand awareness.


7. Collaboration:


Work closely with other departments, including design, content, and customer
