We are looking for a
Medical Virtual Assistant with
exceptional English communication skills to support our client and the
practices daily operations. This full-time role (40 hours/week) requires a
highly organized individual who can independently manage administrative and
medical receptionist tasks while maintaining a professional and approachable
demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage refills for patient prescriptions.
- Answer phone calls, schedule
patients, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Route calls to the
appropriate person or department.
- Process intake forms including patient histories
and other required documentation.
- Perform general
administrative tasks such as uploading faxes, managing referrals, and
updating records.
Skills and Qualities:
- Excellent communication
skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently
while maintaining accountability.
- Open to feedback and
proactive in making improvements.
- Reliable, reachable, and
committed to high-quality service.
Technical Tools:
- Familiarity
with EMR System (preferably
Tebra)
- Familiarity
with VOIP Platforms
(preferably RingCentral. Transitioning to Weave by the end of the month)
