MS D365 Developer - CRM/ERP (AU Offshoring, Hybrid)

Salary: P180,000 – P200,000 (Monthly Package) 

Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for? 

Skills Required:  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer (CRM/ERP) 
• Proven experience in D365 customization, including form scripting, workflows, plugins, and managing entity relationships 
• Hands-on experience in D365 integration with other systems using Azure services, APIs, or third-party tools. 
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and SQL 
• Knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus 
• Understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, Common Data Service (CDS), and D365 data models 
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI is a plus 

What will you do? 

• Design, Develop, and Implement: Build custom solutions using Dynamics 365, including the customization of forms, workflows, plugins, and entities. 
• Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Web Services, and APIs. 
• Customization: Tailor D365 modules and features to meet specific business needs and objectives. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business goals. 
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth functionality. 
• Documentation: Create and maintain clear, detailed technical documentation for all customizations,  configurations, and code. 
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing troubleshooting, support, and maintenance for the D365 platform post-deployment to ensure continued performance. 
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest D365 trends and updates and suggest improvements to existing processes.
