ใƒป Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Bachelorโ€™s Degree.
ใƒป Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
ใƒป Familiarity and experience with a smartphone, online shop and other online apps
ใƒป Detail-oriented person
ใƒป The candidate must have a service-oriented attitude
ใƒป An outgoing person who is friendly but remains professional
ใƒป Willingness to work on a shift, including working on a holiday
ใƒป Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
ใƒป a focused attitude for solving customerโ€™s issues quickly and comprehensively
ใƒป Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
ใƒป Ability to deal with stress and work pressure
ใƒป Speaker from Japan with B1/B2 English skill (Japan Market)
ใƒปRecent graduate with background in tourism, hospitality or related field or Minimum 1-
year experience in the travel / tourism industry and customer support.
