Basic Function

This position is responsible in ensuring that final interviews for potential EHA NCLEX scholars are done timely. Responsibilities include conducting final interviews over the telephone as well as in person; attending various job fairs and visiting college campuses to speak as well regarding what is the Academy; and lastly reviewing applications and resumes.
Essential Functions

  1. Process Related Tasks
  2. Collaborates with EHA management to help them identify job requirements, fill PHRM requirements needs and ensure they are apprised of progress towards securing the requested nurses.
  3. May attend recruitment fairs and conduct on and off-site interviews.
  4. Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes for NCLEX scholars position
  5. Conduct telephone interviews with prospective applicants.
  6. Provide final screening interview notes for exempt and non-exempt candidates as endorsed by Recruitment Officers

  2. Manages the applicants tracking database, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate.
  3. Coordinate with Recruitment team in determining cost per hire monthly
  4. Tracks applicable job requisitions, ensuring a job requisition exists for all available open positions.
  5. Provides weekly status report giving detailed information on the employment activity.
  6. Reports on recruiting activities to management, identifying problem areas and potential solutions.

  1. Back Office Tasks
  2. Oversees completion of Pre-Employment requirements in collaboration with Training Admin such as PEME, BDO applications etc.
  3. Completes all necessary documentation to avoid potential serious discrimination complaint consequences.
  4. Follows up with BGC completion of each new hire

  1. D. Other tasks as assigned from time to time
Primary Internal Interactions

  • Team for the purpose of planning and implementation
  • AMs and up from EHA for planning and implementation;
  • Operations for hiring forecasts, profile changes, etc.










Primary External Interactions

  • EXL Clients i.e. audits, client visits, etc.
Education Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Nursing
Work Experience Requirements

No less than combined two years related work experience from a reputable BPO company.

Preferably had experience with screening personnel, providing guidance/direction to group of employees

SME or Senior Executive Level in BPO industry is a plus
