NetSuite Administrator


We are looking for a NetSuite System Administrator to join our team. The role will be taking ownership of the NetSuite platform by managing, providing support, leading the improvement of the ongoing implementation, development, deployment, maintenance while balancing the cost effectiveness and efficiency. You are to provide expertise in managing our NetSuite Applications by developing solutions for our users, training them, responding to and resolving issues, as well as onboarding new users so that they have a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of the parts of the system they use.


Your duties and responsibilities:



  • Execute day-to-day operations from maintenance, support and to troubleshoot activities related in back-end system management and front-end user portal.

  • Manage user access, permissions, sign-on for internal and external users.

  • Maintain system uptime and ensure the stability and functionality of the NetSuite.

  • Monitor end-user usage, daily system scripts and track performance.

  • Handle proper onboarding of new users and offboarding of users.

  • Create document and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization, usage etc.

  • Build system fields, workflow rules, saved searches, custom reports, custom scripts, and dashboards.

  • Oversee NetSuite implementation projects by working closely with the team to identify and implement system enhancements.

  • Work with NetSuite implementation partners to ensure all installations, upgrades, and integrations are performed correctly.

  • Plan, review, and revise feature configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business and operational needs.

  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies add ons to improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality on new releases, customizations, and integrations.

  • Responsible for NetSuite data management which includes governance and control, security, and integrity.


Qualifications:

Draftsperson


We are looking for a detail-oriented draftsperson to join our architectural design team. You will be creating technical drawings for traffic planning and safety and other structures from architects' sketches, incorporating exact measurements and codes, and entering data to generate 3-D design models.


Your duties and responsibilities:



  • Prepare accurate and detailed AutoCAD plans and drawings based on project specifications and requirements

  • Review and analyse project documents, sketches, survey data, and other essential information for plan creation.

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and incorporate their feedback into the plans.

  • Make revisions and adjustments to plans as necessary, considering feedback from internal and external stakeholders and ensuring compliance based on project specifications

  • Assist in the resolution of technical issues or challenges related to drafting and design

  • Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

  • Maintain an organised and up-to-date library of project drawings, ensuring proper version control and documentation

  • Collaborate with the drafting team to ensure consistency and adherence to established drafting standards and procedures


Qualifications:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

  • Proven experience as a Draftsperson or similar role, preferably within the Australian context.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, CorelDraw, and other relevant drafting software.

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Australian drafting standards, codes, and regulations, including AS1100 and state-specific standards.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.

  • Good understanding of construction processes, materials, and terminology.

  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and project requirements.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve drafting-related issues.

  • Familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp) is a plus.

HR Associate



We are looking for an HR Associate with a proven track record in HR, adept at handling HR Information systems, and possessing expertise in recruitment and seamless onboarding processes.


Your duties and responsibilities:

HR Administration Support



  • Assist in preparation of booklets and documents as required and requested

  • Complete all reporting across the HR department including Depot Matrix’s, Board Reports, Hours Reports, any other reports when requested

  • Send out probation review reminders

  • Assign training to all new hires

  • Prepare employment agreements, letters of offer and variations for new and existing employees

  • Prepare abandonment letters

  • Draft Caution letters

  • Input HR data into Manstat and other systems

  • Monitor HR and Recruitment Inbox and allocate/escalate where necessary

  • Monitor Seek job applications database/platform and allocate to the recruiting line manager as appropriate

  • Maintain electronic HR folder with current information

  • Place HR documentation on personnel file for record management purposes

  • Lucidity: act as HR Rep for approval of simple resignations on behalf of HR Team


Training and Administration Support



  • Data entry into training booking systems as required

  • Ad hoc updating of booklets and training materials


Other Tasks and Responsibilities



  • Maintenance of the New Zealand absence spreadsheet

  • Assist the HR Business Partner’s and Group HR Manager as required

  • Involvement in HR projects as required

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is typically required. Relevant work experience in HR, administration, or a related field is also valuable.

  • As an HR Associate, the individual must have strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently, keep track of various reports and documents, and manage time effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as the HR Associate will be involved in preparing documents, employment agreements, and letters. They also need to communicate with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Precise attention to detail is crucial to accurately handle HR documentation, contracts, and reports. Mistakes in these areas could lead to legal issues or employee dissatisfaction.

  • Proficiency in using various HR software and systems is necessary to input HR data, manage employee records, and handle online job applications. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is often required.
