We are looking for experienced NPI Engineer who will play a critical role in the successful launch of new products, ensuring that designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to define product specifications and requirements.
- Develop and execute NPI plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely product launches.
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to engineering teams to optimize manufacturability and cost efficiency.
- Identify potential manufacturing challenges and propose solutions to improve production processes.
- Create and maintain documentation related to product specifications, process flows, and project updates.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues during the transition from development to manufacturing.
- With a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- With 3+ years of experience in NPI, product development, or manufacturing engineering
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and quality management systems (QMS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams
