Key Responsibilities:

This role involves managing the onboarding team, overseeing reports and analytics, handling recruitment partner contract renewals, ensuring risk and compliance for pre-employment documents and medical exams according to company, government, and client standards, and governing internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any related course.
  • 8 to 10 years of comprehensive BPO recruitment experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing BPO recruitment onboarding, with over 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in recruitment analytics, reporting, and risk and compliance management.
  • Must be willing to work full-time onsite in our BGC, Taguig office.
  • Amenable to working the graveyard shift.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Non-negotiable: audit and compliance experience, and willingness to work the graveyard shift.
  • The hiring manager prefers candidates with a background specifically in onboarding and compliance within a tower-based organizational structure.
