Job Description

As the Operations Admin Assistant you must:

  • Do necessary reports related to sales of the stores
  • Coordinates with the respective departments regarding the concerns in the Operations.
  • Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated, identifies opportunities for improvements.
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business procedures.
  • Ensures the work environment is adequate and safe.
  • Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
  • Oversees sales activities, purchasing, and inventory, ensuring each is reaching its goals set by leadership.
  • Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts each brand's budget and cost of sales to achieve financial objectives.
  • Communicates and explains new directives, policies or procedures to OMs / AOMs.
  • Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
  • Leads Coordination and integration of efforts among operations and other departments.
  • Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry and community.

Qualifications

You'll be a great Admin Assistant if:

  • You are graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office suites and Google Suites
  • You have a can-do attitude
  • You are confident in communicating with the top management
  • You can work independently or as part of a team.
  • Working with the top management is crucial in the business, so it is important to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Manage to send reports promptly
