DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Trends Academy training facility
    • Room layout (seats and table arrangement)
    • PC and internet connectivity (custom setup as required)
    • Projectors, monitors and screens
    • ACU and overall environment
  • Assist to configure Trends Academy network devices as required
    • Access-points, switches and routers
  • Manage CCTV system and coordinate with CIT and vendor as required
  • Prepares physical lab set-up of Trends Academy courses as required
  • Schedule and perform software installations and upgrades to operating system based on the client/training requirements
  • Technical Support during live or online training
  • Manage the PearsonVUE and PSi Exam Servers and Workstations
  • Assists in reports management such as:
    • Facility and Device inventory
    • Operations statistics
    • Order and Billing Management
  • Prompt response to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically
  • Works outside of the standard business hours as necessary


QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

  • Graduate of any IT-related course

Minimum Experience/Training

  • Familiarity with network device configuration such as access-points, data switches, routers and firewalls
  • Familiarity with office tools, office apps and equipment, computer operating systems and installation of other software tools and other apps
  • Aptitude for technical activities

  • Good communication skills to relate to customers and stakeholders. Clear, courteous and professional verbal and written skills
  • Able to quickly understand complex problems and devise effective solutions
  • Willing to maintain and update own knowledge of IT content
  • Able to work independently or as a team member
