Job Description

Resolver and resolution management for technical after-sales for B2B (EG/SG). Handles medium, mid-complex to complex technical incidents and orchestrates resolution with support partners, including last mile, customer end and Network circuit restorations.

​DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Resolves end-to-end B2B circuits (across all products) incidents both Wired and Wireless using all the Network Management Systems available to support the product.

  • Restores circuit thru all logical approaches across Globe.

  • Conducts joint testing, coordinations rerouting, change of facilities (logical) and configuration modifications until resolution with other support teams (NRC, RSC, INOC, Tier 2, and Field Support (ECOPS CFS, RGPM, etc).

  • Provides next level support for NRC, RSC and INOC for inhouse circuits.

  • Performs circuit and alarm clearing activities.

  • Provides premium support to Tier 1, Managed, and Hyperscaler Customers.

  • Supports and implements customer-related technical activities and inquiries.

  • Acquires extensive knowledge, training, and certifications to use the different Network Management System for management, monitoring, investigation and restoration of circuit incidents.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar field or in the Telecommunications industry.

  • Knowledgeable on IT and Telecommunications technologies (see skill above)

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree related to the field of work

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, problem-solving, and process improvement.

  • Hard Technical Skills: Telco Knowledge: IP Networks, etc, Core Data (DIA, MPLS, DLL, IPL, IPVPN, DWDM, ROADM, etc.), Broadband (Fixed BB, LTE, 5G, Enterprise Voice, SDWAN), Mobile (Business Postpaid, Wireless VPN, etc.), ICT (Cloud Services, Data Center co-locations, Securities, etc.), Certification/License (preferred): ECE, ITIL, CCNA
