Job Description

As an Order Process Supervisor, you'll oversee the entire order process, ensuring smooth operations from sales to delivery. Collaborating with Sales and Supply Chain teams, you'll track orders closely and address any issues promptly to keep customers satisfied. Your role involves managing order entries, conducting accuracy checks, and organizing meetings to keep everyone informed. Your goal is to ensure timely deliveries and meet sales targets to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sales and Marketing Collaboration​​​
    • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand sales objectives and targets.
    • Collaborate to align strategies with sales goals.
  • Order Monitoring and Strategy Implementation:
    • Monitor orders for potential delays and strategize to expedite when necessary to meet sales targets.
    • Adjust delivery schedules in coordination with Supply Chain to accommodate changes or prioritize urgent orders.
  • Order Issue Resolution:
    • Act as the main point of contact for resolving order-related issues.
    • Investigate and resolve challenges in order processing and delivery promptly.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
    • Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to implement solutions promptly.
    • Maintain effective communication channels to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
    • Organize regular meetings to review orders, address challenges, and keep teams aligned.
    • Provide timely updates on order statuses, schedules, and issue resolutions to internal teams and customers.
  • Sales Order Management:
    • Oversee the accurate entry of Sales Order (SO) details into the SAP system.
    • Regularly audit Sales Order data for accuracy and provide training to ensure consistent and accurate data entry.
  • Delivery Schedule Management:
    • Collaborate with Supply Chain to develop and maintain delivery schedules aligned with order due dates.
    • Adjust schedules as per order changes or urgent needs to ensure timely customer deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/ Engineering/Supply Chain/ or related field
  • Proven experience in order management/processing, with at least 3 years in supervisory capacity.
  • Knowledge in SAP, WMS and other warehouse, logistic systems is a plus.
