Job Description

As a Title & Escrow Officer, you’ll be at the helm of a growing team of 12 professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality results. Your leadership will drive smooth title and escrow operations, from reviewing title commitments to coordinating closings with multiple stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and manage a 12-member team, ensuring high-quality performance and efficient workflows.
  
• Train, mentor, and coach team members, fostering professional growth and accountability.
  
• Set performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  

Title & Escrow Operations Oversight

• Oversee title commitments, title searches, and closing processes, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  
• Identify and resolve title defects, collaborating with stakeholders for smooth transactions.
  
• Prepare and review closing disclosures for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  
• Schedule and coordinate closings, working closely with clients, real estate agents, and lenders.
  

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Evaluate and refine workflows to optimize efficiency and service quality.
  
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for title and escrow transactions.
  
• Implement industry best practices for title examination, closing coordination, and customer service.
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for operational concerns and stakeholder engagement.
  
• Align team objectives with company goals, working closely with senior leadership.
  
• Communicate proactively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
  

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of team activities, title searches, closing documentation, and client communications.
  
• Track key performance metrics, providing insights to improve team performance.
  

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Title and Escrow operations, including title searches, escrow procedures, and real estate closings
  
• Proven leadership in managing Title and Escrow teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  
• Deep working knowledge of Title and Escrow laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  
• Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple transactions with precision and accuracy
  
• Demonstrated success in training, motivating, and holding team members accountable
  
• Skilled in solving complex issues and making informed decisions quickly
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  
• Committed to customer service excellence, team collaboration, and building strong client relationships
