Our client is a dynamic clothing company redefining swimwear and empowering women through stylish, high-quality designs. As they expand their presence, we're seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to assist their Marketing Lead in executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about e-commerce, with a knack for data-driven decision-making and hands-on experience in managing digital ad campaigns.

  • Part time: 20 hours per week
  • 100% remote job / independent contractor
  • Working hours: Manila Time (GMT+8)
  • Monthly starting salary: $500 (negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Run, monitor, analyze, and optimize paid ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Track and analyze website traffic, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to execute performance marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve performance.
  • Optimize ad spend and performance to maximize ROI across multiple channels.
  • Analyze data from campaigns and website traffic, creating reports that inform future strategies.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) in managing digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok), preferably for e-commerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify and integrating ads with e-commerce platforms.
  • Expertise in performance marketing and paid advertising, with a focus on optimization.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and ad performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong communication skills.
