A Glimpse into Your New Role

  • primarily responsible for maintaining the flow of information throughout the billing system. 

  • responsible for documentation as it comes to the office, entering data into the system and submitting all claims by performing the following duties: 

  • Follow all work processes and procedures while maintaining compliance to the rules and regulations with the company policies and insurance contracts. 

  • Generate and review pharmacy system claims report ensuring required billing information is complete. 

  • Prepare electronic billing of clean claims and upload to provider portal. Refer unusual problems to billing manager. 

  • Prepare billing documentation and assign invoice for submission to insurances. 

  • Review, understand, and maintain insurance contract files. 

  • Assist with accounts receivable for collections of contracts charges. 

  • All other duties as assigned by the Billing Manager 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 6 months back-office experience in a BPO setting 

  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook etc) 

  • Average communication skills 

  • Can work with a team. 

  • Can work with minimum supervision
